Packaging, transportation and handling
The product must be transported in accordance with the specifications indicated on the package (top, bottom, fragile, etc.). In addition, the following points must be strictly respected:
Take adequate precautions during handling.
Do not climb on the package.
Never place heavy objects on the package.
Take particular care to avoid damaging the product during transportation.
If the shipping box is to be left standing, it should be in a horizontal position.
The Asycube is shipped in a cardboard of the following dimensions:

If the items received do not match to your order or are damaged, do not sign the receipt and contact Asyril as soon as possible.
Unpacking instructions
Before unpacking:
Ask the transporter to be present at the time of unpacking.
Pay particular attention to the external condition of the product.
If any damage is noted, do not sign the receipt and contact Asyril immediately.
Note
If the products received do not match your delivery note, or are delivered in poor condition, do not sign the receipt and contact Asyril as soon as possible.
Note
Keep the packaging material and the shipment box in case of return.
Locate the identification sticker at the back of the product and ensure that the product you have received is the appropriate one.
Important information is on this sticker; such as the power consumption or the serial number that you will need for any kind of correspondence with Asyril.

Note
An additional sticker is provided with the Asycube Clean 230. Once integrated, it could be difficult to access the information on the sticker. Therefore, the integrator can place this additional sticker on an easily accessible area of the machine.
Important
Do not lift or transport an Asycube by its upper platform, this can irreversibly damage the actuators.
