The Asyril Team

Note

This user guide concerns the whole Asycube family (50, 80, 240, 380 and 530) as well as their accessories (hoppers, plates, backlights, cables).

First glimpse at the product

Asycube sets new standards in part feeding. Its 3D vibratory platform allows fast and flexible presentation of parts (from 1 mm to 150 mm) to a robot equipped with a vision system.

The core of Asycube is a platform that can vibrate in three orthogonal directions. By selecting appropriate vibration signals, a high flexibility in displacing parts on the platform is reached (forward, backward, sideways) and flipping is made possible.
