重要

Asycube 50/80 のバックライトは、常時使用できる構造にはなっていません。画像取得後は、照明スイッチを切ってください。３０秒のタイムアウトで自動的に OFF になります。このタイムアウトをしないと、バックライトが破損する恐れがあります。デューティサイクルを３３% 以下に維持してください（30秒 ON、60秒 OFF）。

注意

アジキューブ内蔵バックライトは、EN 62471 規格に基づくリスクグループ2 に属します。本製品から危険な光線が放射される可能性があります。動作中にランプを凝視しないでください。眼に有害な場合があります。

Actuators

重要

The Asycube actuators are not designed for continuous vibration. A typical vibration sequence should last between less than 1 second and 5 seconds to spread the parts prior to being picked up by a robot. There is an automatic shut-off for the actuators after 30 seconds of continuous vibration or if the duty cycle exceeds 50% (e.g., vibrate for 10 seconds, rest for 2 seconds, and repeat). If this limit is exceeded, the system will stop vibrating and display the error message Actuators overheated. This requires a 30-second cool down period before the next vibration can be initiated. Failure to respect this timeout may result in irreversible damage to the actuators.

アジキューブ内の操作中の能動素子は、下図の赤色の部分が通常使用時で 45℃ まで加熱されても問題が発生しないように対応しています。ただし、極端な使い方をすると、 55℃ まで上昇することがありますのでご注意ください。

音量レベル

ここでは、Asycube 380/530 をご使用のユーザーのみを対象としています。

注意

プラットフォーム上にパーツがない状態でたくさん使用した場合のアジキューブの音量レベルは、72dB 未満です。プラットフォーム上に配置されたパーツによっては、音量レベルが高くなる可能性があります。この場合、お客様または実装者（インテグレータ）の責任において、作業員の安全要求に必要な対策を実施してください。
