プレート

To transmit vibrations from the Asycube’s actuators to the parts, a platform is needed. The platform is fixed to the upper side of the Asycube. The platform is made of:

  1. 【フレーム】パーツを格納し、アジキューブから飛び出さないようにするための壁。

  2. 【プラスチック製の光拡散板】光を拡散する水平面で、パーツはその上に置かれている。

The Asycube Clean 230 is equipped with a non-diffusing PEEK platform. It does not feature backlighting.

注釈

The color of the material used for the ESD (antistatic) plastic diffusing plates may vary from beige to darker yellow from one batch to another. This variation has a minimal impact on the detection of parts by the vision system but a slight adjustment in exposure time may be necessary to compensate for the difference in color.

ヒント

アプリケーションのニーズやパーツの形状に応じて、拡散板の材料、形状、設計を適合させることができます。

  • もし、自然な静止位置がピッキングの向きと一致する場合は、 平板 が推奨されます。

  • 振動後の安定化時間を短縮するために、 アンチロールプレート を使用することができます。

  • 接触面の関係でパーツがプレートに張り付きやすい場合は、 粘着防止用プレート を使用するとパーツの変位を改善したり加速させたりすることができます。

  • もしパーツの自然な静止位置が望ましいピッキング方向と一致しない場合は、穴、ポケット、溝などのある カスタムプラットフォーム を設計して、パーツを正しい向きに変位することが可能です。

注釈

プラットフォームに使用されている材料によっては、表面に介在物が現れることがあります。これらの介在物は、EYE+ の性能やパーツの検出に影響を与えることはありません。
