Übersicht
Asycube setzt neue Massstäbe in der Zuführung von kleinen Teilen. Seine 3-Achsen-Vibrationstechnologie ermöglicht eine schnelle und flexible Beschickung von kleinen Teilen (0.1 mm bis 150 mm) mit einem Roboter und einem Bildverarbeitungssystem.
Das Herzstück des Asycubes ist eine Plattform, die in drei orthogonale Richtungen vibrieren kann. Durch die Auswahl geeigneter Vibrationssignale wird eine hohe Flexibilität bei der Bewegung von Teilen auf der Plattform erreicht (vorwärts, rückwärts, seitwärts). Zudem können die Teile umgedreht werden.
